ONLINE RETURN POLICY

At MEUBLES VINDUS INC. (VINDUS FURNITURE INC.), we stand behind all of our products.

Shop with confidence – We take pride in the quality of our products and the unmatched craftsmanship of the artisans who create them. The attention to detail in design and manufacturing, as well as the choice of materials, is constant, just like our commitment to meet our customers' needs. However, if you receive a damaged product or an item you did not order, we will work with you to find a solution.

RETURN POLICY AND ORDER CANCELLATION

-RETURN A DAMAGED PRODUCT

We take great care in packing our goods to avoid any damage during transport. We encourage you to carefully inspect each item upon receipt. Please note that you are required to document any damage in writing at info@vindusfurniture.com on the delivery receipt and that we cannot be held responsible for damages that were not noted at the time of receipt.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact the Customer Service team within 24 hours of receiving it. If you received a damaged item, we will ask you to send us a photo of the damage for our records so that we can take the appropriate measures. If the product is indeed damaged, we will replace it at our expense within 5-10 business days following your request.If the item is no longer available in inventory, a refund will be issued to you or a credit can be applied to another product of your choice.

-RETURN A NON-DAMAGED PRODUCT

We guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of equal value or a refund is allowed. The return of the item(s) is at the customer's expense. We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 14 days following the purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition, provided that the item can be resold after inspection. Please note that customs duties are non-refundable. The shipping fees incurred to send you your products are also non-refundable.

Disclaimer: Some pieces of furniture are oversized. Please ensure that you have enough space to accommodate the item you are ordering. In particular, make sure that your door threshold can fit the item in question.

Warning about the final rendering of vintage handcrafted furniture

THE GRAIN OF THE WOOD THAT MAKES UP OUR INDUSTRIAL OR VINTAGE FURNITURE IS AS UNIQUE AS IT IS "IMPERFECT". THAT'S WHAT GIVES IT ALL ITS CHARM.

Even though they are available in several units, each product is completely unique.The beauty of exotic wood furniture lies in part in the grain, the knots, the irregularities, and other superficial imperfections.

This is what gives them their uniqueness. The raw material used in the making of our furniture pieces is a work of nature; Nature rarely reproduces the 'clone' of a tree... the same face, so there are never truly two identical items.

For metal furniture, it is possible that you find an imperfect weld or a small bump that seems like an imperfection. That’s the beauty of vintage; all our furniture is handmade one by one by artisan cabinetmakers or blacksmiths.

Colors

MEUBLES VINDUS INC.(VINDUS FURNITURE INC.) applies to produce quality photos so that the colors of the furniture, dressers, consoles, tables, benches... displayed on the site are as accurate as possible. However, the colors displayed by your screen depend on parameters specific to its colorimetry, resolution, and pixel definition, MEUBLES VINDUS INC.(VINDUS FURNITURE INC.) cannot guarantee that the final colors on your screen are absolutely accurate.

Finally, some furniture is made from recycled woods from boats or barn wood, mango wood, neem wood depending on the origin and history, the experience and the sources of supply, the grain and the texture.
