SOME CUSTOMERS PREFER TO SEE THE PRODUCT (COLOR, TEXTURE, AND FINISH) YOU WILL BE ABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE ON SITE AND PICK UP YOUR HEART'S DESIRE WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. WE ALSO OFFER A WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE, UNPACKING, AND INSTALLATION AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL DELIVERIES IN GREATER MONTREAL.DELIVERIES MADE OUTSIDE OF THIS AREA WILL BE DROPPED OFF AT THE EXTERIOR FRONT DOOR OF YOUR HOME. Most of your orders are shipped for FREE, in Montreal and the surrounding South Shore and North Shore areas with our delivery service.
For any other orders to be shipped outside this area, the shipping rates on our transactional store are subject to change depending on the selected product (size) (weight) and the region (city) (country) of the shipment. MEUBLES VINDUS INC. (VINDUS FURNITURE INC.) reserves the right to charge an additional fee for shipping costs.
Plan the production time of your order prior to your delivery.
When you place an order, a confirmation email from MEUBLES VINDUS INC. (VINDUS FURNITURE INC.) will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase, within 24 hours following the order.
To receive this email, you must have paid for your purchases and have received a confirmation of them prior. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@vindusfurniture.com Items are subject to availability, as stocks are not guaranteed at the time of purchase. Orders placed on public holidays may experience a slight delay.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the product descriptions, the price as well as all billing details and, if necessary, for correcting any errors or inaccuracies.

You also guarantee that you are the duly authorized holder of the credit card with which you pay the sale price and applicable taxes on the purchased products.
We advise you to print a copy of the confirmation email to ensure the information mentioned in the purchase confirmation message and to double-check your order.
The products are shipped from our warehouses located in Canada. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected once a shipment reaches its destination country. You should check with local authorities to find out what charges apply. MEUBLES VINDUS INC. (VINDUS FURNITURE INC.) does not handle or collect duties/taxes for goods shipped to international destinations (outside of Canada). These taxes are paid by the customer upon the arrival of the items in their destination country.

Shop with confidence – We take pride in the quality of our products and the unmatched craftsmanship of the artisans who create them. The attention to detail in design and manufacturing, as well as the choice of materials, is constant, just like our commitment to meet our customers' needs. However, if you receive a damaged product or an item you did not order, we will work with you to find a solution.
RETURN POLICY AND ORDER CANCELLATION
RETURNING A DAMAGED PRODUCT
We take great care in packing our goods to avoid any damage during transport. We encourage you to carefully inspect each item upon receipt. Please note that you are required to document any damage in writing at info@vindusfurniture.com on the delivery receipt and that we cannot be held responsible for damages that were not noted at the time of receipt.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact the Customer Service team within 24 hours of receiving it. If you received a damaged item, we will ask you to send us a photo of the damage for our records so that we can take the appropriate measures. If the product is indeed damaged, we will replace it at our expense within 5-10 business days following your request.If the item is no longer available in inventory, a refund will be issued to you or a credit can be applied to another product of your choice.
RETURN A NON-DAMAGED PRODUCT
We guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of equal value or a refund is allowed. The return of the item(s) is at the customer's expense. We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 14 days following the purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition, provided that the item can be resold after inspection. Please note that customs duties are non-refundable. The shipping fees incurred to send you your products are also non-refundable.
Disclaimer: Some pieces of furniture are oversized. Please ensure that you have enough space to accommodate the item you are ordering. Specifically, make sure that your door threshold can accommodate the item in question.
SALE
The sale of a product that you wish to order through the website will only take effect once you have completed the ordering process and made the payment of the sale price.
This price is the one indicated next to the product on the website at the time your order is placed. Provincial and federal sales taxes are in addition to the sale price.
The payment for a product is made through the secure payment system SHOP PAY and Paypal.
If the ordered product is not available at the time of the order, MEUBLES VINDUS INC. (VINDUS FURNITURE INC.) will notify you by email. MEUBLES VINDUS INC. (VINDUS FURNITURE INC.) reserves the right to cancel the sale; in such a case, MEUBLES VINDUS INC.(VINDUS FURNITURE INC.) will fully refund the price paid using the same payment method used.
